CLASS SESSION #42 – THURSDAY, APRIL 29, 2021
Presenter: Dr. Wilfred Graves Jr.
The English word “fellowship” translates the Greek word koinonia, meaning “that which is shared in common.” Christians have a shared faith in the Triune God and often gather to share in a communal experience of worship. In this session of “Healthy Habits of the Christian Life,” Dr. Wilfred Graves Jr. will discuss the meaning and purpose of Christian fellowship. Christian fellowship is both vertical and horizontal. We fellowship with God and with other believers. Among its many benefits, fellowship allows us 1) to learn, 2) to grow, 3) to give and receive encouragement, 4) to hold each other accountable, and 5) to provide a witness to the world of God’s love, grace, and power.
If you have not done so already, please sign up for this blog at the bottom of the page to be alerted of new posts by the Three Bible Teachers.
