Join Dr. Hammonds, Dr. Owens, and Dr. Graves for a riveting discussion of the topic: “White ‘Conservative’ Evangelical Church Racism in America.” We will examine the views and actual statements of some Christian preachers, theologians, and politicians in the early history and formation of racist ideology in America. We will also examine this ideology’s current strong beliefs and ubiquitous hurtful influence in today’s American society. This will be an interactive session, so come ready with your questions, comments, and insights.
